1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

a) These Conditions of Use and Sales apply to the use of www.allyouneedisbelgrade.com and the sale of services via the online store Allyouneedisbelgrade.com.

c) By visiting or buying at Allyouneedisbelgrade.com, you agree to the Conditions of Use and Sales that are listed below. Please read them carefully and get acquainted with the rules that we apply. Allyouneedisbelgrade.com reserves the right to make changes without notice and amendments to these Conditions of Use and Sale.

d) Visitors of Allyouneedisbelgrade.com do not have the right to unilaterally change these Conditions and any deviation shall be deemed invalid if it is not otherwise expressly confirmed by the management of allyouneedisbelgrade.com taking into account the specific circumstances and will only apply to this individual case.

e) The partial or total unenforceability or unlawfulness of a particular provision of these Conditions of Use, will not affect the validity of other provisions that remain in force as a whole. 2. CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP

a) The service offers on the online store Allyouneedisbelgrade.com are subject to change and do not represent an offer to conclude a contract, but only a call to make a bid under published conditions.

b) The order of the buyer represents the offer for concluding the contract as determined by the law, by which offer the Buyer will be legally bound for a period of two weeks from the date on which the offer is made or the order confirmed. Once the Buyer through the system confirms the order, it will receive an automatically generated email – Order Acceptance Notice- which confirms receiving it, which does not, however, constitute a confirmation of the order, but only a receipt for the receipt. b) Allyouneedisbelgrade.com can guarantee that all the specified product information is completely accurate, complete, reliable and error-free. If the product you purchased deviates from the data that are listed on the site, you can cancel the service at the spot with complete documentation which you received with it, and we will return the money under the conditions set forth in the sections below 8, 9 and 10 of these Conditions.

4. PRICES

a) The prices of the products are indicated on the site with each item. As a virtual services, there are no transportation and delivery costs.

b) The costs of service depend on the ordered products and destination and will be specifically shown in each order. These costs may also include export duties and other costs if the place of final destination is outside the Republic of Serbia.

c) Allyouneedisbelgrade.com reserves the right to change product prices at any time, depending on the movement of product prices on the market and other related costs.
d) Allyouneedisbelgrade.com is committed to accept any price at which you made an order regardless of whether the price of the product has changed after the creation of the order book. Allyouneedisbelgrade.com has the right to cancel the order form by sending an e-mail notification to the consumer if it has occurred massive errors when placing a price on the site.

5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY

a) After confirming your order, you will receive an email informing you that your order has been received and that it enters the processing phase in which it is determined whether the requested service is available – Order Acceptance Notice. After order processing, you will receive a notification of the order status and the indicative delivery time – Order Confirmation Notification. The order processing period is 24h.

b) If the product offered at Allyonedisbelgrade.com is temporarily unavailable, we will keep your order until the product is again available (in reasonable time frame) and notify you of the delivery deadline. If a certain product is permanently unavailable, we will offer you an adequate replacement or refund if you have already made a payment.

c) Allyouneedisbelgrade.com also reserves the right, if it is not able to provide all ordered services at one, to provide the available service, and you will be notified in timely by e-mail or phone.

d) The ordered service will be provided as written in the reservation form upon your request from the date the order was received or paid.

6. PAYMENT

a) The services you have been ordered are paying in advance, before the delivery date, using one of the following payment options:
– Credit card (for payments from Serbia and abroad);
– PayPal (for payments from abroad, outside of Serbia);
– Cash on delivery, under the conditions referred to in point d).
The used credit card will be charged immediately after sending your order.
Your payment card information is only visible to Komercijalna Banka Beograd as security card processor. The site of the bank is protected and safe for this method of payment.

b) Conversion Statement: All payments will be made in Serbian Currency (RSD). The amount you will be charged for your payment card is obtained by converting the price quoted in your local currency into the Serbian currency at the current rate of the National Bank of Serbia. When you charge from your credit card, the same amount is converted to your local currency based on the rate used by card companies. Because of this conversion, there is a small difference between the original price quoted on our site. Thank you for your understanding.

c) When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted through a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, as the most current cryptographic technology. Security of purchasing data is guaranteed by the payment processor, Komercijalna Banca AD Beograd, so the complete paying process is done on the Bank’s website. At no time, payment card data is available on our system.

If the payment after the purchasing order is not made within 3 days of its creation, it will be canceled and deleted (except in cases where the conditions for payment is cash on delivery). After the expiration of a 3-day period, payment on this order is not possible, but you can make a new order and make a payment on it.

7. RESERVATIONS

Services placed in the shopping cart in the Purchase process are not reserved. The service is reserved only after confirmation of purchase by the Buyer. In the period between placing the product in the basket and purchase confirmation, there is a possibility that the volume products are no longer available, as the Buyer will be informed.

8. RECLAMATION

a) Allyouneedisbelgrade.com operates in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 62/2014 and 6/2016 – State Law). In case you have any complaints about the product or our service, please feel free to contact us at e-mail allyouneedisbelgrade@gmail.com. We are ready to solve every situation.

b) Any lack of satisfaction of service or employees you are obliged to report within 24 hours of the provided service and if there has been some mistake, we will try to correct it in the shortest time possible.

c) Upon the request for a reclamation, we will forward you a notice sheet with instructions on how to proceed with the complaint, and we will respond and act within the legally prescribed deadlines.

9. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

a) The buyer is entitled to, within 2 days from the date of conclusion of the purchase agreement, without the giving reasons, unilaterally break the contract. The cost of canceled service and money shall be borne by the Buyer, except in cases where the Customer receives a wrong service.

b) In case of unilateral termination or withdrawal from the contract, the Buyer shall be entitled to money refund or a replacement for another product.

10. PROCEDURE FOR REFUND OF RESOURCES

a) Contact us by sending an e-mail to allyouneedisbelgrade@gmail.com.

b) When you provide the necessary information, documentation will be created that will provide you with the procedure for Refunds and will be sent to the e-mail address you left when creating orders.

c) In case of cancelation of the service or repaying funds to the Buyer who has previously made a payment to someone from payment cards, in part or in whole, and regardless of the reason for the return, Allyouneedisbelgrade.com is an obligation to refund only through VISA, EC / MC, and Maestro payment methods. That means the bank will, at the request of Allyouneedisbelgrade.com, make a refund at the account of the card user.

d) You cannot change the details of the products without prior contact and agreement with operators in allyouneedisbelgrade.com, change the addresses listed on account/dispatcher, etc.

11. WORKING HOURS
