Eligibility for Cancellations & Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your cancellation request must be:

Made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.

Applicable only to eligible services.
Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable, including:

Last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours before service).

Services that have already been provided.

Custom-tailored travel packages.
Additional Non-Refundable Services:

Prepaid airport transfers.

Accommodation bookings (subject to hotel policies).

Private chauffeur and guided tours (unless otherwise stated).
To complete your refund request, a proof of booking is required. Please do not contact third-party providers directly for cancellations.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

Service interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Changes to tour schedules due to weather conditions.

Gift Vouchers

If a service was booked as a gift, a credit voucher may be issued for future use.

If the original booking was not marked as a gift, refunds will be processed to the original payer.
